 Whether you’re capturing moments as a seasoned shooter or joining us for your first wedding weekend, this portal has everything you need for a smooth and successful overnight stay.

      Who Books the Stay: MMC will handle all hotel or Airbnb bookings unless discussed otherwise. Room Setup: Shared lodging is standard (same gender); single rooms are rare and based on availability. Standard Overnight Triggers: 💰 150 miles or over from studio to the venue → overnight is provided 🏠 Spring House weddings always include an overnight stay. Check-In/Out: Times will be communicated ahead of each shoot. Plan for late check-ins and early mornings. Transportation: Use personal car unless carpooling is arranged. ✅ Mileage reimbursement is available for one-way drives over 60 miles (120 miles roundtrip minimum). Reimbursed at $0.56/mile after the first 60 miles one way. Save all gas/mileage receipts for reimbursement submission.

      Q: How do I know if my gig includes an overnight? 
 A: If the travel is 150 miles or more or if you're assigned to a Spring House wedding—yes, you're staying overnight.Q: When can I bill mileage?
