Now, we’ll admit that Jeff + Rachel did already get married and their wedding photos are phenomenal. BUT we couldn’t showcase those and overlook their somehow equally as enchanting engagement session. For this session, we set off to the West Greenwich Sand Dunes here in Rhode Island. And you better believe we took advantage of every square inch of that terrain (basically.) Because with every setting change, we got to capture a little bit more magic. With these two being as stylish as ever we just couldn’t get enough! We even shot long enough to catch some stunning pictures under the glow of the moon. It’s not often our couples reserve an entire public library for themselves for the sake of a session. Now that’s dedication to the vision! The said dedicated couple of the hour would be Jim + Manda. These two lovebirds shined amongst the marble pillars and bookshelves. Who knew that posing in an empty library would make it feel like you’re the only two people in the world.

We’ll start this off by saying if you plan on having your engagement session in the coast, then we suggest you bring a sweater or two. Because let us tell you, Scott and Maggie were absolute troopers putting up with the cold that threatened to derail them on the 18th of April at Elephant Rock Beach. They came ready to go with their vintage like vibe and fun-loving energy. We’re absolutely obsessed with how the color palette went beautifully with or signature Art look! (We’re also absolutely obsessed with the couple and can’t wait for their big day.)

We don’t like to play favorites here at Move Mountains Co. … but when a couple as lovely as Jordan + Lauren come along, things get a little dicey. In the best way possible of course! From the second we saw Jordans converse we were just overjoyed, knowing full well these two were going to be so much fun to work with. We’re no psychics but we were right on the money with that prediction. They took directions like champs with Lauren naturally working the camera and adding in her own twists, always keeping it interesting. At the end of it, it just felt like we were hanging with some friends who were giving us a tour of New Haven, CT while occasionally stopping to take pictures of them. Saying we can’t wait for their wedding would be an understatement.

Now, these two knew exactly what they wanted when it came to their engagement session. Their one objective was to serve and my oh my, did they execute. Lavender poofy dress, convertible, red bottoms, and Versace drinking glasses. Need we say more? Mike + Diana showcased not only their lavish looks but also their fun-loving and easy-going personalities by going with what we threw at them and making it their own all at once!

We’re always super excited when we get the chance to shoot one of our own team members with the one that they love the most. And that’s exactly what we had the pleasure of doing on Tuesday April 5th with Brady and Jamie. Everything about the low light sunset vibe that just had us going. A lighting situation like this makes for some lovely romantic photos that we were just so excited to slap our signature Art look on. And man did it feel right!

We find something so special about couples that travel miles and miles away from their home state to be shot in New England. These two are a great example of that. On this windy March day we joined Sean + Taylor from Arizona in a little stroll across the Fan Pier Park we all know and love. No matter how many times we come back to this location it never fails to be a different experience all together. This session in particular is definitely one of our favorites so far!

Talk about chic! Benjamin + Kelsey did a beautiful job at encompassing that Boston couple that we’re all jealous of when we see them crossing the streets. Yep, this is them. Fitting so seamlessly in with the beautiful skyline and even taking on a little bit of rain, from the expected to the non-expected these two killed it through and through.

Sometimes we look back some of our galleries and think to ourselves; “And these two aren’t on the cover of a magazine, why?” Spoiler alert, This is one of those times. Garret + Caleigh absolutely killed this session in Francis William Bird Park making our job that much easier. We’re obsessed with their vibe so take a look, but be warned, you will be obsessed too.

See some of Jamestown's Fort Wetherill's many gems in Domenic and Victoria's engagement session. I personally didn’t know this spot had some many nooks and crannies to explore. Definitely an intimate secluded location to get your engagement photos done. This couple went with our MM6 look which is a mix between a very traditional look and a more artsy feel.

The sky cleared up by the time we started the photoshoot and it turned into the most perfect night. The couple is high school sweethearts and went to prom together. We started the shoot on the rocks and ended it at the water. We also found the most adorable patch of flowers!
