Because let us tell you, Scott and Maggie were absolute troopers putting up with the cold that threatened to derail them on the 18th of April at Elephant Rock Beach. They came ready to go with their vintage like vibe and fun-loving energy. We’re absolutely obsessed with how the color palette went beautifully with or signature Art look! (We’re also absolutely obsessed with the couple and can’t wait for their big day.)

As much as we love the backdrops that mother nature offers us we sure do love a city engagement! Corey + Rebecca gave all they had and absolutely slayed the streets of Brooklyn.

Flash back to this ideal fall engagement shoot we did with Mitch + Dayna. If this doesn’t inspire every single orange leaf loving bone in your body we don’t know what will! These two absolutely killed this session with an outfit change and natural chemistry that carried them throughout the entire shoot! We had so much fun and just can’t wait for their wedding come this August.

Jordan + Lauren

New Haven Engagement

New Haven, CT

We don’t like to play favorites here at Move Mountains Co. … but when a couple as lovely as Jordan + Lauren come along, things get a little dicey. In the best way possible of course! From the second we saw Jordans converse we were just overjoyed, knowing full well these two were going to be so much fun to work with. We’re no psychics but we were right on the money with that prediction. They took directions like champs with Lauren naturally working the camera and adding in her own twists, always keeping it interesting. At the end of it, it just felt like we were hanging with some friends who were giving us a tour of New Haven, CT while occasionally stopping to take pictures of them. Saying we can’t wait for their wedding would be an understatement.

Sand Dune Engagement Session

Now, these two knew exactly what they wanted when it came to their engagement session. Their one objective was to serve and my oh my, did they execute. Lavender poofy dress, convertible, red bottoms, and Versace drinking glasses. Need we say more? Mike + Diana showcased not only their lavish looks but also their fun-loving and easy-going personalities by going with what we threw at them and making it their own all at once!

Brady + Jamie

Duxbury Beach Engagement

We’re always super excited when we get the chance to shoot one of our own team members with the one that they love the most. And that’s exactly what we had the pleasure of doing on Tuesday April 5th with Brady and Jamie. Everything about the low light sunset vibe that just had us going. A lighting situation like this makes for some lovely romantic photos that we were just so excited to slap our signature Art look on. And man did it feel right!

Boston Engagement Session

Sometimes some engagement shoots are just as exciting as full wedding galleries. This gallery sure is a perfect example of that scenario. Chris + Kaitlyn brought it to this session with their absolutely wonderful collective sense of style that just compliments each other. Doc Martins and all! Put them in front of a brick wall and a beautiful skyline and we’re golden.

Fan Pier Park Engagement Session

We find something so special about couples that travel miles and miles away from their home state to be shot in New England. These two are a great example of that. On this windy March day we joined Sean + Taylor from Arizona in a little stroll across the Fan Pier Park we all know and love. No matter how many times we come back to this location it never fails to be a different experience all together. This session in particular is definitely one of our favorites so far!

On a chilly January day we took to Valley View Farm and joined Dom + Kelsey to shoot their engagement session. Snow, coats, fancy boots, and a green antique truck to top off the look! These two were in their element and absolutely killed this session.

Think engagement session but then make it stylish. Michael + Brianna strolled through the grassy terrain of The Farmer’s Daughter and posed in front of the camera as if they were naturals (we’re convinced they are.) Their fabulous winter wear complemented the scenery behind them so flawlessly we’re just lucky we got to capture it all!

We loved shooting Tim + Shaina so much. I mean when a couple works the camera this easily, who wouldn’t? We met up with Tim + Shaina at the beautiful Cliff walk in Newport and started shooting. They both fit so naturally amongst the water and sand-filled rocks, which made this entire session a breeze!

From the iconic Public Garden to the chic elegance of The Newbury Hotel, every moment felt like pure magic. These two opted for our Deluxe package, combining photography and videography for their upcoming wedding at The Newbury Hotel, and we can’t wait to capture their big day in 2022!

Check out this fun engagement session we did with George + Nay at Nonquitt Beach in, Dartmouth, Ma! We absolutely adored shooting this couple they exuded so much joy and made this engagement shoot so much fun, it’s always a pleasure being able to meet a couple for the first time and immediately connect with them of the bat. We loved shooting at this beach with home many options it gave us, from the rocks to the water and not to even mention to outfit change (insert heart eyes here) this session had at all!

Here at Move Mountains Co we always make it a goal to not only provide stunning photographs for our couples to cherish for years to come but also to leave the session knowing we gained two more best friends! We met up with Cullen + Emily at Napa Tree Point in Westerly, RI for a beautiful engagement session on the beach! It felt like there were so many different places to take photos and we’re very eager to take advantage of that! From walks on the beach to golden hour, we adore this session!

Brendan + Lara-Katherine’s engagement session took place at the beautiful Cliff Walk in Newport, RI. We had such a fun time shooting this adventurous engagement session. Today’s blog feature is with Robert + Linsey at the beautiful Elephant Rock Beach in Westport, MA! Robert + Linsey’s Session took us completely by surprise, it was a warm and sunny New England evening that quickly turned for the worse…or not the better? Depends on how you look at it?! Once we arrived to Elephant Rock Beach with clear skies we were swallowed up by the marina fog, making it beyond cold! The weather surely created an intimate setting with nothing but the fog meeting the water, These two really pushed through the elements and we where able to capture some pretty sweet moments. Even if we all where freezing!

It’s always a treat being able to travel and do a shoot that is out of your typical norm if you live in Rhode Island and this one of those shoots. We met up with Stephen + Megan on Barclays St. and immediately hit it off. The first location we took photos at was the Oculous and then we started making our way around the city and near the water to capture images of Stephen + Megan with the skyline view of Jersey City in the distance. New York is an ever evolving city with so many different options to choose from and thats what made this session so great and not to mention THIS COUPLE… I mean come on they killed it!

Today’s blog feature includes Brian + Nicole! We met up with Brian + Nicole at The a Cliff Walk in Newport, RI and immediately hit it off. Typically for our couples the engagement session is usually the first time they’ve ever had professional photos done but these two clicked instantly and made this engagement session fun and effortless and not to mention the rich colors and moody tones the cliff walk has to offer made this session one to remember.
