Their fabulous winter wear complemented the scenery behind them so flawlessly we’re just lucky we got to capture it all!
When we see a couple like AJ + Hannah we tend to not only see a special couple, but an eternal love emits from them. Which was very apparent especially when getting to the ceremony. Tying the knot in such a beautiful setting surrounded by the rich and fresh scent of the forest makes for the coziest feels! Nothing says young love quite like a family cabin getaway.

Somewhat of a winter wonderland don’t you think? Chris + Tess took us to the snowy streets of New Hampshire. They of course didn’t let the cold deter them from absolutely killing this session— Unintentionally making all of us want to jump in the snow!
This, folks, is what you get when a fabulous wedding planner such as Cristen plans and executes a wedding. You get an absolute DREAM of an event! Yes, we deemed this an EVENT.
We here at Move Mountains have had the pleasure to work with Cristen for years now. So you can believe our excitement when she wanted us to shoot her and Jason’s wedding. Not just any wedding but a cross country wedding for us New Englanders. We made our way to sunny Palm Springs California and were absolutely floored when we got to the breathtaking Frank Loewe Estate and we had yet to see the details later to come… Let us tell you there's nothing better than shooting your own friend's wedding. It’s a day filled with fun, laughs, and just the cooperation we need, if you know what we mean. Jokes aside, getting to hang out with these two showed us how perfect for each other they really are. They didn’t let the usual wedding day anxieties and nerves get to them. Instead, they owned the day like they were born to. Their goals were to get married and have a good time. And boy did they succeed.
We, of course, have to tip our hats to the many talented vendors that made this whole day possible. I mean, talk about florals, invitations, and have you ever seen a dress like that?!

We loved shooting Tim + Shaina so much. I mean when a couple works the camera this easily, who wouldn’t? We met up with Tim + Shaina at the beautiful Cliff walk in Newport and started shooting. They both fit so naturally amongst the water and sand-filled rocks, which made this entire session a breeze!

City weddings will always have a special place in our hearts with our company being founded in Providence itself. Seth + Kate’s wedding is a perfect example of a city wedding done well. Being high school sweethearts there was something so genuine about this couple’s love. Which was very apparent when both of Seth and Kates calm and cool exteriors broke the moment they exchanged their vows. As one of the photographers present that day I have to admit that even MY eyes started to well up… No joke. And don’t get us started with the venue and details that had us absolutely floored. It truly felt like we were capturing a movie from start to finish.

The best feeling is when the couples we shoot end up being our best friends at the end of the night. And thats exactly what happened With David + Briana. We already had so much fun shooting their engagement session almost two years ago so you know we were anticipating this day for some time now. A successful, beautiful day like this made it worth the wait! Great venue, great weather, and an even greater couple. What more could we ask for?! From the excited nerves in the very beginning to the booming dance floor and all the shared laughs in between, David + Briana’s love was something so apparent. There are some weddings that really do stick with us. Kevin + Marissas definitely being one of them. The fun loving and warm energy that they carried throughout the whole day made it for a wonderful experience that we will always think back on. But that warmth didn’t only pertain to the couple but it seemed to be the common theme of the entire event. Warm colors and beautiful details. Supportive and excited loved ones all around. It all came together seamlessly and we’re honored to have captured a few glimpses of it all.

The colors! The scenery! The couple! Christopher + Stephanie clearly knew what they were doing as much as they may deny it. I mean, look at them fitting so seamlessly in every part of the lovely Harkness Memorial State Park! The foliage, the marble, INSIDE the water; you name it and they owed it.
As you scroll down, does it look like we’ve just photographed a royal wedding? Yeah we thought so too. Although Casey + Cassandra aren’t technically royalty they sure got in front of our camera as if they were and we were not complaining. Their venue can definitely take some credit for this effect. If you’re getting married at Rosecliff Mansion you can only expect to feel like you’re in some sort of fairy tale. Along with about every other detail, this day couldn’t have been more picture perfect (which is all we could ask for). So, we were obviously more than head over heels for their gallery. Its not often we go on somewhat of a road trip with our team for a wedding but we took on this day with much anticipation. Shooting in a new venue quite a ways from our home base, we didn’t know what to expect but, in the end, we couldn’t be happier with the turn out. The minute we met both Spiros and Bianca we knew they were going to be a down to earth couple that were gonna click so well with our team. You know the stress that comes with wedding days?
